I live in Duxbury, Massachusetts with my wife and four children. I started my career in education working as an elementary school teacher and quickly became interested in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis after researching the most effective ways to teach and motivate others. I have been working in the behavioral field for the past 16 years in homes, clinics, and schools. I started out as a behavior therapist in Los Angeles, CA working with young children on the spectrum. I then came back to the East Coast where I worked for the May Institute and studied to become a board certified behavior analyst. I became a BCBA in 2010 at which time I went to work in the public school setting overseeing autism programs and ensuring all students with Autism received necessary services. While working with older students who were aging out of the school system, we realized the options for quality behavior analytics services for adults was almost non-existent. We created Coastal ABA to fill this crucial need for adults with autism and I haven’t looked back. I am passionate about making the lives of individuals with Autism and their families better.

I joined Coastal ABA in 2019 and am excited to become part of a team committed to helping young adults with autism become engaged members of the community. I received a BA in Psychology from Trinity College, and went on to earn a Master’s in Special Education at Simmons College. I then completed a 2-year ABA specialization program at Western New England University in order to become a BCBA. For the past ten years, I have had the amazing experience of working with individuals with autism in residential, public school, clinic-based, and in-home settings. Over that time, I have learned the importance of working with both the individual and their family in order to increase the independence and fulfillment of people with autism. I live on the South Shore with my husband and son.

Hi, my name is Terence Broderick. I grew up in Scituate, Massachusetts, and now I live in Weymouth, Massachusetts. I received my bachelor’s degree from Iona College and I am
currently working towards my master’s degree at American International College. I am a registered behavior technician and what I enjoy most about working with adults with autism is witnessing them realize their true potential through ABA. Seeing them progress towards their goals and ultimately achieve them while becoming the best versions of themselves in the process is the best part of what I do.

My Name is Julianne and I have been a Special Education Early Childhood teacher in Boston Public Schools for 12 years as well as an ABA therapist for 6 years. I started my journey as an educator earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and Psychology and went on to pursue a Master’s Degree in Special Education. After completing a Master’s Degree I went on to complete a program in Applied Behavior Analysis and have been working with Coastal ABA ever since. My daily classroom is an ABA based setting for students with ASD as well as other students that will benefit from the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. I became interested in working with Adults with Autism and for Coastal ABA because it is very rewarding to see all of the progress outside of the school setting that is made toward independence and success in the community. I enjoy the similarities and differences that both have to offer and I look forward to all of my experiences and learning opportunities as I grow with Coastal ABA.

I grew up locally in Hanover, MA. I got my masters degree in counseling from Bridgewater State University, and later a grad certificate in behavioral interventions in autism from UMass Lowell. I got involved in the field of behavior analysis through working in the special education field as a school counselor, and also providing ABA services in the home and community settings. It started as a part-time job outside of working in the school, and turned into a passion. I enjoy working with adults with autism and seeing first hand the progress they make toward increasing independence in their daily lives. I enjoy supporting them as they build skills to increase their involvement in the community, while also creating positive relationships with their peers and community members.
I grew up in Marshfield, loving everything about the seaside town. After graduating from the University of Massachusetts, I was fortunate enough to live on the west coast and internationally but was drawn back home. Helping to facilitate self advocacy and watching clients’ confidence soar is by far the most rewarding experience at Coastal ABA.

Coastal Aba is my first experience with ABA but I have experience with adults with disabilities in the past and I have also worked as a CNA and a caregiver as well! My name is Haley and I have been working in ABA for 7 years, being certified as an RBT for 4 years now. I grew up on the South Shore in Quincy and currently reside in Middleboro. I attended Bridgewater State University studying Communication Disorders. Before I started in ABA I worked as a daycare teacher and wanted to try something new and very quickly became interested in ABA when I started working with clients with autism. I have worked with clients of ages ranging from 2 to 22 and some geriatric experience across a number of settings including home services, center based services, social skills groups, day habilitation programs and private day school services. I have had so many amazing experiences since starting in ABA, working with clients of many strengths and abilities and plan on continuing my education and one day receiving my BCBA.

I grew up in Connecticut and received my undergraduate degree in Psychology and my Masters Degree and teaching license in Special Education. I taught for 9 years in a substantially separate program for students on the autism spectrum and then got my graduate certificate in behavioral interventions in autism from UMass Lowell. In addition to working at Coastal ABA, I currently work full time in a Massachusetts public school system as a BCBA at the high school level. I am passionate about working with adolescents and young adults on increasing their independence and recognizing their values while taking the steps to help them grow as an individual. I currently live in Taunton with my husband, Rich, two young children, Ava and Beau and our chocolate lab, Tyson.
Since 2018, I have been part of the Coastal ABA team, working on the administrative side of the business.
It is a pleasure to serve the families of Coastal ABA, as my sister is part of this population. Thus I understand the needs and concerns of our families.
I live in Marshfield with my husband and two children.
